Terms and Conditions

We will only deliver to UK mainland. When an order is placed we will estimate a delivery date for you, based on the availability of your chosen product, and confirmation will be provided when we have contacted our supplier. Please note we no longer deliver to Northern Ireland
 
  
Making A Purchase

Making your purchase is simple. Just browse our Online Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Please note that all images are for illustration purposes only and products may vary slightly to the ones shown.
 
Special Order Products
  
Any special order products on our website or requested, once ordered and confirmed, can not be cancelled or returned.  You will be notified if any order is classed as special.
 
Payment

We accept Credit/Debit card payment. We accept: Visa, Delta, Solo and Mastercard.We do not process credit card information via phone. 

Delivery to a different address other than the cardholder address is at our discretion.

For orders over £2500 we may request payment to be made via  B.A.C.S. transfer as an alternative to card payment.
 
Your Right To Cancel
  
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days from the date of order.  However, if the item has been despatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless the goods were delivered to you in error or they are faulty.
All goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
If we have to arrange a collection a charge will be incurred.
 
Prices

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site to take into account  increases or decreases in our suppliers' prices, taxes or duties. If the price is an administration error we also reserve the right to make the adjustment
 
Completion Of Order
  
The order is complete when the delivery has been made in full.
 
 
Deliveries
 
Our delivery rates for many items we sell are determined by physical size and weight. The weight of any products can normally be found with the product information. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All orders over £70.00 including vat are free of delivery charge. Orders below this amount will be subject to a £12 delivery charge. Your order will be processed immediately. We will normally despatch your order to you within 3-5 working days.  Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted for late delivery. Special and out of stock items can take longer.

Customers will be contacted by email to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of Monday and Friday 8 AM to 4 PM (excluding weekends) - we are unable to give exact delivery times.
You can request a specific day between the days of Monday and Friday (excluding weekends)on most products on your online order.
 
Upon receipt of your delivery please check for signs of damage. Should you find any damage please ask the driver to either take the goods back with them or sign the delivery note as damaged, keep the product and notify us so the matter can be resolved. All boxes should be opened immediately. You have 3 days to notify us of any damage, shortages or incorrect items. If we are not notified within this time, you agree to indemnify in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 3 days.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Our Suppliers will only make one delivery, if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery a charge will be made to deliver a second time.
 
There will generally be only one person delivering your product. For health and safety/insurance reasons the driver is only contracted to deliver off the rear of the vehicle. Delivery further than this, ie, inside a property, is at the drivers discretion.
For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adaquate assistance in helping the driver unload.
Delivery to a different address other than the card holder address is at our discretion.

Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
 
IMPORTANT 
Please do not arrange to have any work carried out to carry out with the products you have ordered until they have arrived at the delivery address and are correct as we, at www.heatingandplumbingsuppliesuk.co.uk will not be held liable for tradesperson(s) charges.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
 
Returns Policy

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless the goods have been delivered to you in error or they are faulty.

You have up to 5 days to notify us and 10 days for us to receive your item back to us

All goods must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and must not have been opened, ie the original seals intact.
An administration charge of between 10% and 30% (depending on the supplier )will be made by our supplier and ourselves.  Please contact us for a returns authority number and any charges there wil be. All goods wil be inspected by the suppplier for signs of the seals and packaging being intact  before a final decision is made to give a credit.

Damaged goods
  
For goods which have arrived damaged you will need to contact us within 3 working days of reciept of the order.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK vat at 20% will be included until at such time that this changes in line with government instruction.

Credit Card Security

Our payment system is through WorldPay which is a fully secure encrypted site. 

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We do not send marketing material and your information is dormant after your order is completed.
